Specializing in all aspects of customer relationships including direct marketing, contact centers, logistics and CRM, Arvato Services has a significant presence in Northern France, where it employs a total of 1,600 people at sites in Vendin-le-Vieil, Lens and Noyelle-sous-Lens.

A subsidiary of Bertelsmann, its business includes incoming and outgoing call-center services for customers such as Caisse d’Epargne, Canal+ and Orange, as well as implementation of mail-shot and e-mailing programs and subscriber management.

Arvato is now set to consolidate its operations in our region with a €10 million investment in Vendin-le-Vieil, allowing it to bring service operations together on a 13,000 sq.m. site that will also host its own headquarters.
